Police accuse Lhotsam for blast

Phuentsholing, February 07: The Royal Police accused Ganesham Gurung, a resident of Baragumti village of Tsendeygang Gewog in Dagana district of having planted the bomb in Dagapela on January 20.

The local authorities have issued arrest warrants to all checkpoints in Dagana and Tsirang districts against him.

However, the police authorities have not supplied enough base to charge him on explosions. Bhutan News Service
