Wanted murderer arrested from Timai
Damak, October 3, 2009: A team of Armed Police Force has arrested Yadav Gurung of Beldandi I camp who was in the top of the wanted list of police for increasing murders in camps.
He was arrested from Timai camp on Friday night, camp secretary Dilli Ram Adhikari told APFAnews.com over phone.
Police has also arrested another man belonging to United Revolutionary Front of Bhutan (URFB) along with Gurung. Gurung admitted his involvement in this underground outfit. He also admitted to the police that Both K. B. Khadka and Shatiram Nepal were murdered by the UBRF members.
Khadka was killed on September 8 and Nepal was killed on April 21. Unknown group Liberation Army of Bhutan had claimed its hand in Nepal’s murder while Druk Leopard had claimed for Khadka’s murder.
Another wanted man from Timai, Bhim Gurung also has hand in glove over Khadka’s murder, Yadav told police.
Gurung revealed the police that the criminal group is headed by Ramesh Subba of Beldangi I, who is out of contact since a long time.
