King meets Pakistan envoy, SAARC SG (City)

Thimphu, June 12: King Jigme Khesar met with ambassador of Pakistan to Bhutan Alamgir Bashar Khan Babar and SAARC Segretary General Dr. Sheel Kant Sharma.

He met Babar on Wednesday and Sharman on Tuesday. Babar arrived Thimphu for a four-day visit on Monday.

Sharma was also on familiarization visit to Bhutan upon his appointment to the post in March. He arrived Bhutan on Monday and inaugurated SAAC Forestry.

Babar  and Sharma also called on the Prime Minister Lyonchen Jigmi Y. Thinley and the Foreign Minister Lyonpo Ugyen Tshering during his visit. Bhutan News Service
