Kathmandu based Bhutanese felicitate Dhan Kumar (In Exile)
Kathmandu, November 23: Around three dozens of the exiled Bhutanese staying in Kathmandu yesterday felicitated Dhan Kumar Rai, who was recently released from 17 years of cruel jail life inside Bhutan.
The exiled leaders Tek Nath Rizal, Ratan Gazmere and Jogen Gazmere were among the participants of the program coordinated by Hament Lama at the United Nations House in Pulchowk.
The participants including the leaders appreciated the efforts of Rai, who is under special medical care of Center for Victims of Torture (CVICT) Nepal in Kathmandu. Bhutan News Service
