Exiled women to join sit-in
Kathmandu, July 13: At least two dozens exiled Bhutanese mothers will be joining the sit-in program in front of the UN House in Lalitpur, Nepal.
According to the coordinator of the programme Tek Nath Rizal, the participants managed and handled by Bhutanese Refugee Women Forum (BRWF) have already left for Kathmandu.
He also informed Bhutan News Service that the ongoing sit-in would be indefinite until amicable solution is found.
Bhutanese Refugee Representatives Repatriation Committee (BRRRC) members said they will soon organize similar sit-ins in New Delhi and Kolkata to garner India government’s support. Bhutan News Service/Desvakta Mishra
