Sanischare, February 14: The joint body of government and the United Nations' High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), completed census in Sanischare camp on Tuesday.
According to UNHCR, figures in Sanischare camp totaled at 20,097, out of the presumed estimate of 22,028.
The census excluded 2,000 outbounds. Exiled Bhutanese have requested the UNHCR register the excluded persons as well, following the UNHCR warning that it would not provide ration facilities to those not registered during the census. Bhutan News Service
