Druk Air increases salaries

Thimphu, May 28: Druk Air has announced to increase the salaries of its pilots and engineers effective from April, making them best salary drawers in the country.

Salary of senior pilots or Captains hiked by Nu 92, 854 a month and that of junior pilots or co-pilots by Nu 31, 873. Senior and junior engineers of the national flag carriers have been given a uniform hike of Nu 29,842, in addition to their salary.

This hike was to abort manpower from laving job to join international market. Bhutan News Service
