Sherubtse to replace DU courses by RUB
New Delhi, July 26: In an effort to phase out the course affiliated to Delhi University, Sherubtse College in Kanglung has begun bachelors’ degree program in Humanities from this session under Royal University of Bhutan.
The new course will replace all courses offered by the Delhi University by 2010.
The college offers Bachelors’ degree in English, Dzongkha, Geography, Environmental Studies and Economics. Combination of two subjects is necessary until the third year. The students can, having at least 70 percent, pursue their honors degree on the fourth year.
