King meets UNUSG and WB Dy Director (Nation)

Thimphu, November 22: UN Assistant Secretary for Asia and the Pacific Ajay Chhibber and World Bank South Asia Director Isabel Guerrero called on King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wanchuk in Thimphu on Friday.

Chhibber completed his three-day visit to Bhutan on Friday while Isabel is currently on four-day visit to Bhutan to study the WB projects in the country.

Both the officials are on their first visit to Bhutan since the country adopted duo-party political system this year. They accessed the projects support by their agencies and discussed on enhancing cooperation in future. Bhutan News Service
