Four-day exhibition on HIV/AIDS kicks-off

Beldangi, July 16: Four-day photo and video exhibition on HIV/AIDS with the theme ‘Sexual Gender based Violence’ started on Tuesday in Beldangi camp.

Primary Health Care Project (PHP) under AMDA Nepal, which launched the exhibition, said a number of photos related to discrimination against domestic violence will be displaced while some awareness creating videos will also be screened on the exhibition.

The Project Director of AMDA Nepal Dr. Nirmal Rimal among other representatives of aid-agencies including the UNHCR were present on the inaugural session on Tuesday.

Hundreds of exiled Bhutanese including members of camp management committee and heath staffs inside the camps have already participated in the exhibition. Yadhap Neopane/Bhutan News Service
