Sipsu, July 2: A bomb exploded early morning on the road to Sipsu-Tendu of Samtse district on June 28. The Kuensel quoted Bhutan police claiming that the Communist Party of Bhutan (MLM) was behind the blast. Security also reported that they defused another bomb found buried under the soil.
