YOB polls tomorrow, tough vie for president

Birtamod, Jan 28: Youth Organization of Bhutan (YOB), youth wing of Bhutan People's Party  is scheduled to hold its fourth general convention tomorrow.

A source informed Bhutan News Service that the then central committee members will caste vote for presidential candidate.

"There will be tough vie for presidential candidate between Rajan Giri, United States and Devendra Gautam, Germany", revealed one of the party's members.

Late Pemba Sherpa was the first president of YOB formed in January 25, 1993.

The third president Ganesh Subedi after Damber Ghale resides in the US.

Subedi, who tendered resignation from present post a few days back, has not filed his candidacy for tomorrow. Bhutan News Service
