Thai Schorarship to Bhutanese Students
Thimphu, September 25. Thimphu, September 26. The Regent’s School of Thailand has agreed to offer a 50 percent scholarship to five Bhutanese students. The school has agreed to enroll minimum of five students in the first round.
According to the chairman of the school, the scholarships once awarded will continue till the last year at the school, on condition that the student continues to achieve academic excellence and contribute positively to the school community.
The school has students who mostly come from international oriented families including Japanese, Korean and English.
The students will be selected through an interview administered by the Youth Development Fund and the Thai Consulate, and a written test, which will be conducted by the Regent's School management committee.Bhutan News Service
