More to join long march on Tuesday (UPDATE)
Kathmandu, May 28: The organizer of the long march towards Bhutan, National Front for Democracy (NFD) said it more exiled Bhutanese would join the movement from Tuesday.
President of Bhutan People's Party Bala Ram Poudel told BNS that more than 5,000 exiled Bhutanese would join the team at Mechi bridge to put more pressure on the Indian government to allow safe return.
Leaders from Assam, Delhi, Kolkata, Kalimpong and many places on India have arrived on the Indian side to demonstrate their solidarity to the movement.
General Secretary of Druk National Congress Narad Adhikari has been lobbying the Indian side to garner support for the march. Bhutan News Service
