Exiled Bhutanese in NZ stay in camps
Kathmandu, March 25: More than three dozen of exiled Bhutanese who reached New Zealand under third country resettlement program, mostly taken from Goldhap camp, stay in temporary camps built for refugees.
"They are learning English language," said Manohar Shrestha, president of New Zealand Nepalese Society Inc.
"They must stay in the camps for six months before they are resettled in another suitable place," added Shrestha.
Shrestha told that New Zealand is a fine place and exiled Bhutanese would adjust quickly with the local atmosphere.
