Youth held with weapon

Beldangi, October 14: Armed Police Force (APF) in Beldangi-I camp arrested one exiled Bhutanese youth on Friday along with a pistol and an SLR 6.72 (m) round bullet.

APF source at the camp informed the BNS that they arrested Nar Bahadur Rai, 19, of Beldangi-I under Sector B/1, hut number 53.

APF source further said that Rai was arrested at a time when he was threatening his mother with the help of pistol in a drunken state. Rai is currently under the custody at the Damak-based sub-police post. Bhutan News Service/Arjun Pradhan.
