St Joseph holds cultural festival (Nation)

Darjeeling, November 17: Bhutanese students in St Joseph College in North Point, Darjeeling organized a cultural function recently to mark the enthronement of the fifth King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuk.

The function organized by Bhutanese Student Union, was funded by Bhutan government to promote loyalty to royal family in that part of India where many Bhutanese students, who cannot get enrolled in Bhutanese colleges, come for higher studies.

According to college, about 400 Bhutanese students studying in Darjeeling joined the celebration. Bhutan News Service
