20 exiled Bhutanese want to resettle in the US
Kathmandu, September 19: Some 20 individuals have sent an appeal to the US envoy in Nepal James F Moriarty seeking thier transfer to the US along with their family members.
"Having no faith in Bhutan and Nepal Government to start the repatriation process and also being Nepal government is in deteriorating situation we have no faith in settling here itself," the appeal sent the US diplomat reads.
The group said third country settlement was only the solution of the prolonged crisis.
"We feel as if we are in the prison," they said.
