Relocation offer is intended to help people, Moriarty says

Kathmandu, October 20: American ambassador to Nepal James F. Moriarty on his return to Kathmandu after attending conference of US Ambassadors has said the recent US offer to allow up to 60,000 exiled Bhutanese in America was to help these people on the humanitarian ground.

He also said it would not be an encouragement to Bhutanese government for further eviction. Bhutan News Service
