Kakarvitta, April 6: Three exiled Bhutanese were killed in an explosion inside an apartment in Siliguri, India on Thursday. The casualties are Kanchan Tamang, Lakpa Dorje Tamang and Puspa Rai. Likewise, police arrested Dipen Rai, Karna Bahadur Rai and Furva Tamang. Bhutan News Service
